About the role

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a civil litigation associate for complex civil and commercial litigation involving business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and high-stakes commercial matters.

The role involves managing matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial, with opportunities to take depositions, argue motions, and participate in trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil and commercial litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle case development and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Take increasing ownership of files with responsibility and visibility.

Requirements

• JD and active GA bar.
• Experience in complex civil or commercial litigation, with strong writing and advocacy skills.
• Trial or arbitration experience is a plus.
