Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Base Salary: $200KPractice: Massachusetts commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract disputes and high-exposure liability matters for corporate clients.Our client is a national litigation firm, about 1,600 lawyers and close to 60 offices, with a Boston office on that platform. The work is commercial litigation and complex civil defense, including construction, products, and professional liability. Three days in the office is the expectation.

What You’ll Actually Do:Litigate commercial and complex civil disputes in Massachusetts state and federal court.Defend construction, products, and professional liability claims.Take depositions and draft motions.Work coverage-related issues on those files when they decide the outcome.
