Joining a department while it's being built is a very different job from joining one that's already finished.
This firm is building. You'd be one of the people it's built around.

Quickly. The work you do now becomes the reputation the department carries into its next stage.Growing teams need people to take the hearing, run the deposition, lead the file. That's room you can step into.Charlotte is home. The firm's leadership, clients and strategy all sit in the same city you'd work in.
