Key Duties:Analyze complex policies and prepare detailed coverage opinionsHandle declaratory judgment actions and multi-carrier coverage disputesAdvise carriers on additional insured issues, exclusions, and high-exposure claimsManage sophisticated coverage litigation from strategy through resolution
