The Role Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
