Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $180k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Insurance Coverage – Representing policyholders in complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and high-stakes insurance matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters from the policyholder perspective.Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation on behalf of policyholders.Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from initial analysis through litigation and resolution.Advise clients on coverage strategy, claim handling, and maximizing insurance recovery.Collaborate with partners on sophisticated coverage and bad faith matters with increasing responsibility.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction (multi-jurisdictional experience a plus).3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
