🚨 Insurance Coverage Associate | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) – Up to $200k
Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – preference for in-office with exceptions granted)
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus discretionary performance-based bonuses)
Practice: Insurance Coverage – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith litigation, and high-exposure claims for insurers and corporate clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from initial analysis through litigation and resolution.Advise clients on coverage strategy and claim handling issues.Collaborate with partners on sophisticated coverage and liability matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active PA bar (multi-jurisdictional a plus).3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
