We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a well established national litigation defense firm with Fortune 500 exposure seeking a mid level Law and Motion Associate to join its San Diego office on a hybrid basis.
This role offers direct access to sophisticated civil defense matters, where your written advocacy strengthens strategy across multiple practice groups. You will work closely with experienced trial and appellate lawyers, gain meaningful responsibility from the outset, and build a long term litigation career within a growing multi office platform.

The Role
Draft pretrial motions and oppositions, including pleading related, discovery and dispositive motionsPrepare trial related documents, including motions in limine, trial briefs, pocket briefs and jury instructionsDraft post trial motions, including motions for new trial and motions for attorney feesSupport and handle appellate matters, including briefs and appellate arguments with senior attorney guidanceConduct legal research, analyze complex issues and shape litigation and appellate strategy with lead attorneys
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid level Law and Motion Associate with:At least 2 years of experience, ideally up to 10 years, in litigation focused practiceExperience with insurance coverage or civil defense matters and strong motion practice skillsActive membership in the California State Bar in good standingA Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolExceptional research and writing skills, with law review, clerkship or significant writing experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
