The Role Support Insurance Defense Litigation - Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
