Requirements:California Bar admission in good standingManagement-side / employer-side Labor & Employment experience is requiredExperience representing employers in employment litigation, advice and counseling, or bothExperience with wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation or wrongful termination mattersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage matters independentlySenior candidates with established client relationships or a portable practice are encouraged to apply
