Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $175k (plus performance bonuses)
Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto/trucking, construction defect, and catastrophic injury cases for insurers and self-insured clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, trucking, and construction defect matters from intake through trial.Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.Prepare coverage analyses and coordinate with insurers on claims strategy.Negotiate settlements and manage catastrophic injury files efficiently.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active PA bar (NJ or DE a plus).2–6+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills.
