🚨 Senior Employment Attorney/Partner | Manhattan or Orangeburg (Hybrid) – Up to $240k + 35% Bonus
Location/Schedule: Manhattan or Orangeburg, NY – Three days per week in office Base Salary: $200,000–$240,000, plus bonus potential of up to 35% Practice: Management-Side Employment Litigation and Counseling

Duties and Responsibilities: Defend employers in management-side employment litigation. Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims and other workplace disputes. Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Advise employers on policies, compliance, employee relations and risk management. Draft employment agreements, policies and other workplace documentation. Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership. Support and develop long-term relationships with business clients. Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice.
Core Requirements: Active New York Bar admission. At least seven years of management-side employment experience. Strong employment litigation and counseling capabilities. Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently. Excellent written advocacy and client-management skills.
Additional state bar admissions and an existing book of business are advantageous but not essential.
