Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $230k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Affordable Housing & Community Development Transactions β Complex real estate finance, tax credit transactions, and community development deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle complex affordable housing and community development transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and tax credit deals.Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including partnership agreements, loan documents, and regulatory agreements.Conduct due diligence and coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, and government agencies.Advise clients on structuring, compliance, and risk management for affordable housing projects.Manage deal timelines and collaborate closely with partners on sophisticated, multi-party transactions.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active MA bar.3β7+ years of real estate transactional experience (affordable housing, tax credit, or community development experience is a strong plus).Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills.
