Not a GL seat with comp on the side.Our client is an NLJ 500 defense firm with 200+ attorneys across multiple offices. Workers’ compensation has been a core group for decades. Targets are revenue and collectibles. There is no billable-hour quota. Partnership is based on loyalty and ability, and it comes with profit sharing.

What You’ll Actually Do:Defend New Jersey workers’ compensation claims for employers and carriers.Handle hearings, motions, and conferences before the Division.Coordinate IMEs, medical records, and settlement negotiations.Advise on compensability, exposure, and return-to-work.
