Responsibilities: Review tender invitations, drawings, specifications, and project briefs; Assist with project estimates, quotations, and cost inputs; Request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations; Prepare tender documents, scope summaries, and submission checklists; Maintain estimating spreadsheets, records, and project databases; Track deadlines, follow-ups, and tender requirements. Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant experience; Background in construction, quantity surveying, engineering administration, procurement, electrical/building services, or project coordination; Experience with quotations, spreadsheets, cost comparisons, or tender documents; Strong attention to detail and communication skills; Good working knowledge of Excel and other office tools; Comfortable working Australian business-hour overlap; Willingness to learn technical products and systems.
