Job description
Tasks
- Perform and oversee annual audit and financial reporting activities for hedge funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, statements of changes, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of audit and/or financial reporting experience.
- Hedge fund or complex investment fund experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Master-Feeder Funds, Fund of Funds, standalone funds, and side pockets.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial statements, and investment disclosures.
