AutoCAD Mechanical Design Technician

Key Responsibilities Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD software. Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation for mechanical parts and assemblies. Conduct design reviews and collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet requirements and standards. Assist in the creation of project timelines and provide regular updates on design progress and challenges. Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to the development of design solutions. Maintain organization and management of project files and records to facilitate effective communication. Support senior engineers in various projects and perform other related tasks as needed. Required and preferred qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. Experience in mechanical design and 3D modeling. Strong technical drawing and documentation skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Effective problem-solving and project management skills. Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
