Automation and Control Commissioning Manager

As the data center market grows, the team is expanding to support the long-term deployment of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across key regional clusters.

The Automation and Control System Commissioning Manager for BMS and EPMS control systems leads onsite coordination across design, integration, and field execution teams, helping keep deployments aligned with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires relocation or heavy travel to the client site. The majority of sites are in TX, MO and AZ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage activities related to DG-scoped BMS/EPMS onsite checkout and commissioning execution.
• Work with the Commissioning Lead to manage DG onsite commissioning personnel and associated workflow.
• Lead onsite controls commissioning activities and work with commissioning leads to establish technical direction, execution priorities, staffing plans, and issue resolution strategies.
• Monitor construction and commissioning status.
• Serve as the main point of contact to the general contractor and client to communicate commissioning status.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of the overall DG BMS/EPMS scope.
• Ability to lead through complexity, maintain operational discipline, and contribute to a high-functioning deployment process.
