As Encore continues to grow, we are seeking an Automation Developer to support our fast-paced Business Intelligence team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in streamlining manual processes and managing data flow between business applications to enhance operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain a subset of our automations and orchestrations Migrate automations from legacy tools into our current orchestration environment Manage production workspace by enforcing deployment pipelines, monitoring jobs for errors, and identifying inefficient processes Scope out plans for process modifications and submit change requests to the change committee Partner with data engineering team to acquire, clean and model data as needed Collaborate with leadership across the organization to gather business requirements Continuously improve our automation portfolio by proactively identifying issues and potential enhancements to support our evolving business needs Support our end-users by keeping up to date documentation, fielding second-level support tickets, and training users as needed Crosstrain and assist on analytics and application development initiatives as needed What You’ll Bring To The Team 2+ years of experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Power Automate) Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis Skilled in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and Power Query Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure Eagerness to stay up to date with the evolving business intelligence landscape What We Offer At Encore, we’re committed to creating a culture where success thrives, and every team member is energized by the impact we make on people’s lives every day.
