About the Role: Automation Developer We are expanding our Business Intelligence team and seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline manual processes and optimize data flow between business applications. This role is critical to improving operational efficiency and supporting our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automations and orchestrations within our current environment Migrate legacy automations to modern orchestration platforms Manage production workspace by enforcing deployment pipelines, monitoring job errors, and identifying inefficiencies Plan and propose process modifications through formal change requests Collaborate with the data engineering team to acquire, clean, and model data Work closely with leadership to gather and translate business requirements into automation solutions Continuously improve the automation portfolio by proactively identifying and resolving issues Who We’re Looking For We want a self-starter with a proven track record of improving business processes through automation.
