• Program and duplicate transponder keys, key fobs, and remote car keys following industry standards.
• Assess vehicle locking mechanisms and recommend security improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure locksmith tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
• Document all service calls and repairs to track performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Locksmithing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in automotive locksmithing.
