Key Responsibilities Perform precise lock repairs and replacements on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring durable and reliable results. Respond swiftly to emergency lockout calls, delivering prompt, dependable assistance that enhances customer trust. Program and duplicate transponder keys, key fobs, and remote car keys using industry-standard equipment and software. Assess vehicle locking mechanisms thoroughly and recommend security upgrades tailored to client needs. Maintain an organized inventory of locksmith tools and equipment, ensuring all are in optimal working condition to maximize efficiency. Document all service calls and repairs accurately in our database to monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience. What We're Looking For Required: Certification in Locksmithing from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in automotive locksmithing. Strong knowledge of vehicle lock systems, including mechanical and electronic key technologies. Proficiency with locksmithing tools and programming software. Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
