Manage service appointments and repair timelines, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Maintain accurate and detailed service records in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with fellow technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service delivery. Stay updated on the latest technologies and automotive advancements to improve diagnostic and repair techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting (3+ years preferred). Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools commonly used in the automotive industry. Industry-standard certifications (e.g., ASE Certification) are preferred but not required. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. This role is part of a collaborative team structure, where technicians work closely with service advisors, managerial staff, and occasionally with vendors to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
