Pay and training
- Negotiable starting hourly base pay.
- No experience required; paid training is provided.
- Eligible new hires can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory employment period, totaling up to $800.
- Earn weekly performance-based bonuses tied to services performed, in addition to the guaranteed hourly rate.
