Job description
Tasks
- Review warranty prior approval requests focused on interior and exterior vehicle components
- Work directly with dealership service advisors, technicians, and management
- Review documentation and determine warranty eligibility
- Research and resolve dealer and customer concerns
- Prepare clear, accurate written responses
- Ensure decisions follow warranty policies and procedures
Requirements
- Automotive dealership or repair experience
- Hands-on diagnostic/repair experience OR Service Advisor/Service Writer experience
- Strong computer, writing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Pay
- $25/hour
