Accounting and Sales Assistant in Cali, Colombia

We are seeking an Accounting and Sales Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. This opportunity is suited to a student in a Public Accounting technology program who wants to gain practical experience in a professional, collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing accounting and financial reports.
• Complete monthly bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Record and organize invoices and accounting documents.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier databases.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Work with the team on accounting process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Public Accounting technology program.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software; SAP or QuickBooks experience is a plus.

• Previous experience in an accounting or sales environment is preferred.
