Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients under the head chef’s guidance.
- Keep kitchen work areas clean and organized while following food safety requirements.
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and support timely service during busy periods.
- Store food properly to maintain freshness and meet health guidelines.
- Respond to customer requests courteously and promptly.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Monitor kitchen supply inventory and help identify ingredients that need replenishing.
