🚀 HIRING: AWS Amazon Connect Developer (Golang)
📍 Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX
🏢 Work Model: Onsite
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced AWS Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in contact center solutions, serverless architecture, and backend development.
🔹 Required Technical Skills:
Amazon Connect – Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles & Integrations
Golang (Go) and Python
AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway
AWS IAM, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, S3 & CloudWatch
Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
REST APIs, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
CI/CD pipelines, Git and production troubleshooting
OAuth, JWT and AWS security policies
✅ Additional Advantage:
Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow or Zendesk
Contact Lens, Lex, Polly and Amazon Connect Chat
Docker, Kubernetes/EKS and AWS certifications
🎯 Ideal Candidate: Strong experience building scalable, secure, cloud-native contact center solutions with Amazon Connect, Golang, and AWS serverless services.
