AWS Amazon Connect Developer (Golang)

Tasks

• Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Golang and Python.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ticketing, and enterprise applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in AWS Cloud Development and Contact Center Solutions
• AWS: Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, EventBridge, S3, and Secrets Manager.
• Programming: Strong Golang, Python, REST APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Amazon Connect: Contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and contact center integrations.
• Database: DynamoDB data modeling, NoSQL design, and query optimization.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Terraform (IaC), Git/GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architecture: Serverless applications, event-driven architecture, OAuth, JWT, and IAM policies.
• Preferred: Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk integrations.
• Preferred: Contact Lens, Lex, Polly, and Amazon Connect Chat.
• Preferred: Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and Agile/Scrum.
• Preferred: AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate certification.
