AWS Connect Specialist

About the role

designing, configuring, and optimizing Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions, including intelligent call routing, conversational AI, outbound campaigns, analytics, and integrations with other AWS services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect CCaaS experience - not general AWS infrastructure alone
• Experience creating contact flows, call routing, and managing users and security profiles
• Hands-on AWS CI/CD experience for deploying code and customizing Amazon Connect
• Strong skills integrating AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and S3
• Experience with Amazon Connect reporting, KPI dashboards, and Amazon QuickSight
• Knowledge of VoIP, customer experience (CX), and workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• AWS certifications are highly desirable
• Must be local to the DMV region
• Must be available for in-person interviews

Schedule

• Hybrid - Onsite 3 Days per Week in the Near Future
• Engagement: W-2 or 1099 (No C2C)
• Final Interview: In Person
• Must be willing to work onsite three days per week as required
