Job description
About the role
Lead the architecture, migration, and modernization of enterprise Customer Care capabilities using AWS cloud services.
Tasks
- Lead solution architecture for customer care modernization
- Assess existing ServiceNow CSM platforms and integrations
- Design scalable AWS-based target architectures
- Define architecture principles and implementation roadmaps
- Identify dependencies, security requirements, and migration risks
- Support executive reviews and strategic technology decisions
Requirements
- Strong AWS Solution Architecture and Cloud Modernization experience
- Amazon Connect for customer contact center solutions
- Amazon Bedrock and AI-powered customer care capabilities
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (ServiceNow CSM)
- Enterprise integrations, APIs, and data flow architecture
- Current-state assessment and target-state architecture design
- Architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation planning
- Cloud security, technical risk assessment, and migration strategy
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and executive presentation skills
