Job description
LA VISEE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is hiring an Azure Databricks Engineer specializing in Python and PySpark. This 12-month onsite contract is based in Hartford, Connecticut, or Branchville, New Jersey. The rate is $70 per hour.

Primary technical qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, and PySpark
- Strong ETL development experience and understanding of ETL concepts
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and relational databases
- Ability to follow application development documentation best practices
- Experience conducting design and code reviews
- Strong coding skills in the primary technologies
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) platforms and frameworks
- Experience working with XML and JSON files
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (PC)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and JIRA
Communication and domain experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for an onsite role
- Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders
- Insurance domain knowledge is valued
