Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging bachata classes tailored to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, ensuring progressive skill development. Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student expression and confidence through dance. Provide personalized feedback and coaching to improve technique, rhythm, and partner connection. Organize and coordinate special events, workshops, and showcases that celebrate student achievements and studio culture. Collaborate with fellow instructors to design innovative lesson plans and teaching methodologies aligned with studio goals. Promote bachata classes and studio activities via social media platforms and local community outreach to increase enrollment. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dance environment adhering to health and safety standards. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Strong proficiency in bachata dance with proven teaching ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse student groups. Ability to inspire, motivate, and build student confidence. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
