Back Office Conversion Analyst

Requirements

• Experienced financial services professional with 20+ years of experience across fund accounting, mutual fund administration, investment servicing, and client operations within leading asset servicing organizations.
• Extensive background supporting fund accounting activities, including financial reporting, fund-level shareholder reporting, tax provisions, investment partnerships, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of complex fund structures, including regulated investment companies, mutual funds, investment partnerships, and related accounting and reporting processes.
• Proven experience partnering with Fund Accounting, Client Services, Financial Reporting teams, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate deliverables and timely completion of operational activities.
• Experienced in process improvement, operational efficiency initiatives, risk reduction strategies, and implementing best practices to enhance client service and business operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, mentoring professionals, coordinating client communications, and driving collaboration across business units to support seamless investment servicing operations.
• Visa - only Green Card and US Citizen
