Requirements

• A solid foundation of working with sourdough and enriched dough in a professional kitchen
• An eye for a quality and consistency, and a respect for flavour and seasonality
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• An early riser (three early starts each week)

Schedule

• 40 hours a week across four days, including two Saturdays per month
• Sunday and Monday are always rest days and you’ll get two Saturdays off per month
• rotas are set three months in advance
• Starting in January
