• Oversee baking preparation, inventory, and ingredient usage • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene • Develop and improve handcrafted bread and pastry products • Coordinate with management on menu planning, special events, and promotions • Proven experience working in a bakery, café, or hotel. • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques. • Familiarity with sourdough • Experience working with bread and pastries, baguette, and wheat loaf. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
