Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following recipes and quality standards. Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fresh products. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize baking processes and production efficiency. Participate in seasonal menu planning and development of new baked items. Conduct quality control by evaluating finished products for taste, texture, and appearance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven baking experience with strong knowledge of various baking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and passion for baking delicious goods. Excellent team player with good communication skills.
