Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes.
• Ensure all baking processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking workspace adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve baking challenges and improve production efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance baking skills and techniques.
• Meet time-sensitive production schedules to fulfill customer orders promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques is essential.
• Previous bakery or similar experience preferred but not mandatory.
