Banking Collections Caller

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue accounts and collection status. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and disputes delicately and efficiently. Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve collection strategies. Assist in reporting collections metrics and customer feedback for performance evaluation. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in customer service and collections is preferred. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards. Experience with collections software or systems is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
