Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Bankruptcy Attorney in New York, NY. This role is designed for an experienced professional with a substantial book of business, with the potential to lead the Bankruptcy department.
DutiesProvide expert legal advice on bankruptcy matters.Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings.Develop and implement strategies for complex cases.Collaborate with other departments to support client needs.Lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
RequirementsProven experience in bankruptcy law.Strong client management skills.Ability to manage a substantial book of business.Leadership experience preferred.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
CertificationsLicensed to practice law in New York.
SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
