• Respect for team members, guests and workplace standards
• Adaptability, reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn, grow and contribute beyond their role
• Experience matters, but attitude, work ethic and character matter just as much.
• Smart Serve certification is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends is a must.
