BRASAVIVA is hiring a bartender with at least one year of hospitality experience to join its team in Moquegua, Peru. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative mixology, great customer service, and working collaboratively in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests professionally, learn their preferences, and recommend suitable drinks.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and use products responsibly.
• Clean and maintain the bar to provide a safe, organized, and welcoming space.
• Coordinate orders and service with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Suggest and develop cocktail recipes that appeal to a diverse range of guests.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve service issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Bartender diploma or relevant training course.
• At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverages and mixology techniques, with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity and willingness to learn and adapt to new beverage service trends.
