Battery After-Sales Specialist

Provide technical support and after-sales consultation for overseas lithium battery customers.
Analyze and resolve technical issues during lithium battery usage, including performance anomalies and safety faults.
Travel to overseas customer sites for product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting as required.
Periodically summarize customer feedback and product issues; analyze data and propose improvement recommendations.
Perform other temporary duties assigned by management.

工作内容：
1.为销售客户提供锂电池产品的技术支持和售后咨询。
2.分析解决锂电池使用过程中出现的各类过程问题（包括性能异常、 安全等）。
3.根据需求在海外客户现场进行产品安装、调试及故障排查。
4.定期汇总客户反馈及产品问题，分析并提出改进建议。
5.上级临时交办事项。

【职位要求】
有电池相关的工作经验优先
有合法工作签证，能在美国长期工作
会中文/英文者优先
