BB Cold Calling Specialist Part Time

We’re looking for a confident and professional B2B Cold Caller based in Medellín, Colombia to help grow our network of janitorial subcontractors across North America.
This is not a sales closing role. Your primary responsibility will be contacting janitorial companies, introducing our opportunity, qualifying their interest, and helping onboard them as subcontractors.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to janitorial companies* Introduce our company and subcontractor partnership opportunity* Qualify interested businesses* Collect accurate contact and company information* Schedule follow-up conversations when needed* Keep detailed notes and update records in Google Workspace* Meet weekly outreach and activity goals
Requirements
* Previous experience with B2B cold calling* Excellent spoken English* Professional phone presence and communication skills* Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar)* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Nice to Have
* Experience in janitorial, facilities management, staffing, or home services* Experience with CRM software* Familiarity with North American business culture
