BB Commercial Collections Sales Representative

JOB OVERVIEW:
This is a HIGH-VOLUME COLD CALLING POSITION.
Sales POSITION focused on connecting with business accounts across the United States and speaking directly with key decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact companies, engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations, and identify situations where an outstanding debt company may owe them an outstanding debt. Once a potential debt is identified, an experienced team member will join the call to assist with the closing process while you continue developing your sales skills.

You will receive the script, training, sales process, and resources needed to succeed in the role. As you gain experience and demonstrate success, you will have opportunities for career growth within the company.

PAY:
Starts at $15.00 Hourly
with an opportunity of a monthly bonus check.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
8:00am – 1:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
Albery and driven to be a part of a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Driven by commissions and performance pay
B2B sales experience helpful but not required
CRM experience a plus
