Job description
Requirements
- Mandatory hands-on experience with US and Canada payroll
- Experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management
- Knowledge of US and Canadian leave regulations and benefits processes
- Strong employee inquiry management and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or absence management systems is a plus
- Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage
- 2–6 years preferred
