WE ARE HIRING: BENEFITS VERIFICATION SPECIALIST
About the Role: As a Benefits Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying patients' insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage with U.S. insurance providers. You will help ensure accurate information is obtained and documented to support a seamless patient experience.
You'll be part of ACC's bilingual team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client, using internal systems while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
Location: Guayaquil
Work Mode: On-site
Requirements:English level B2+ or higher.Previous experience in healthcare administrative processes, insurance verification, medical offices, patient services, or related fields is a plus.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review and document insurance information.
