BI Data Analytics Consultant

Job summaryWe are looking for people who are passionate about business intelligence and data analysis for the role of BI & Data Analytics Consultant. He/She will be part of the BI & Data Analytics Team, working with very interesting clients abroad on different projects.
He/She will:Analyse, design, and develop Power BI solutions that deliver clear, actionable insights to clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, data engineers, and business stakeholders) to gather and translate business requirements into scalable data models and reports.Design and develop robust semantic models following best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and governance.Build efficient data transformation pipelines from different sources, using Power Query and Dataflows.Develop advanced calculations using DAX and M language.Ensure consistency, usability, and reliability of reports through testing and validation with end users (UAT).Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively suggesting improvements and best practices in BI solutions.Stay continuously up to date with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data analytics trends, contributing ideas to evolve our internal practices and offerings.
What we are looking for (Mandatory)Strong experience in Power BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and report design (+3 years of experience).Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and ability to build high-quality, performant semantic models.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to bridge technical and functional perspectives, understanding business processes and translating them into data solutions.Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with new features, tools, and best practices in the BI ecosystem.CPAs or Business Administration graduates.Advanced English level to work with clients abroad.
