Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support ongoing projects. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various digital databases. Assist in coordinating meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency. Maintain an organized office environment that fosters productivity and teamwork. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in data entry and attention to detail is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
