We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Administrative Word Document Specialist to join our team in Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán Department, Honduras. In this full-time role, you will be a key player in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring effective communication across diverse teams. Your expertise in word processing and bilingual capabilities will significantly enhance our operational efficiency and allow us to better serve our clients. Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced word processing tools to create, edit, and format documents with precision. Assist in the organization and management of administrative tasks and documentation. Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with team members across departments. Provide bilingual support for documentation and correspondence to ensure clear communication. Demonstrate keen attention to detail in proofreading documents for accuracy and consistency. Engage in problem-solving tasks to streamline administrative processes. Participate in project-based work, contributing to team objectives and deliverables. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Exceptional word processing skills, including Microsoft Word and related software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
