Bilingual AI Interview Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, bilingual AI Interview Coordinator who is fluent in both Spanish and English and can help our team conduct and coordinate interviews. This is a full-time position that combines strong communication and recruiting skills with a good understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI projects. You’ll work closely with our team to support the interview process, communicate with recruiters, hiring managers and clients and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Compensation: $1000 -1,500 USD per month. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate interviews. Communicate effectively in Spanish and English during interview-related activities. Apply an understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI projects to interview coordination. Required and Preferred Qualifications Native fluency in Spanish. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Experience with interview facilitation and coordination. Understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI projects. Relevant experience in recruiting, communications, human resources, or a related field. A degree is preferred. Fully remote - work from anywhere in United States
