Bilingual Appointment Setter - Bogotá, Colombia

We are seeking a friendly and inviting Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Bogota D.C., Colombia. As a full-time member of Simple, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our clients and customers, setting appointments that drive business growth. Your contributions will create a significant impact, as you’ll be the first point of contact, fostering relationships and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and gather preliminary information.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with English and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure their needs are met and to confirm scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align appointment setting strategies with business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns during calls.
• Track appointment setting metrics and report progress regularly to team leaders.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in communication, customer service, and appointment setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Experience in outbound calling environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales department, fostering collaborations that drive mutual success. Reporting relationships involve direct collaboration with Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure appointment setting aligns with overall sales strategies. We value teamwork and encourage partnership across functions to achieve common goals.

Position Details: Full-time, remote eligible, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Compensation: $11,200 per hour.
